Side thoughts

Through out any given day we are asked the same 10 questions by everyone we talk to...
Here they are with answers
1. Where ya headed? A: Maine
2. Where'd you come from? A: Seattle
3. How long you been on the road? A: 1 month
4. Isn't your mother worried? A: Yes
5. When will you get there? A: September
6. How many miles do you do a day? A: 60-100
7. Whats your cause? A: World peace
8. Do you have a job? A: No
9. Where are you from? A: Ohio
10. Where do you sleep? A: Parks

And some other comments we frequently get
"hot out there huh"
"So you ride bikes?"
"you guys don't look like you from around here"
"Are you crazy"
"Where's the motor?"
"Don't you get tired out there?"

With regard to your Top Ten Most Frequently Asked Questions . . .
maybe you could pick up some foam core to create a makeshift sandwich board sign that contains the questions and answers, then attach it to your trailer.

The way I figure it, you're putting yourself at risk for severe dehydration by opening your mouth to answer the same questions over and over again.

. . . just looking out for your best interest.


On second thought . . .
You know, you could expand this information to include solutions to scientific or mathematical problems and/or personal theories that you have contemplated along your journey.

(. . . Well, it's a thought, anyway).
